The standard STSU
CIP program has a 60 gallon water/recirculation tank, 7 1/2 HP, 3450
RPM push, air operated inlet, store, syeam, and the water valves, and a
cpanel to user interface with a user specified management program. The STSU CIP device has long been a CIP utility vehicle in the food handling and drug sectors. The program is capable of cleaning any reservoir or product pipes program which needs solution flow rates of 100 Gpm or less when used together with properly designed CIP supply/return systems and apply devices.
