Cip Cleaning System

Electrol Specialties - Single Tank CIP Skids was designed in need for a small CIP Skid to clean a agreement packaging service for clean and sterile items, providing several different drug producers. No recirculation of flush, wash and rinse alternatives was appropriate because of the cross-contamination hazzard designed by a CIPS/R pipes system common to several items.

COMPONENTS: The needed elements of the Single Tank Single Pass CIP Supply Skid include:
  • Solution Make-Up Tank
  • Water Valve
  • Tank Store Valve
  • CIP Provide Pump
  • Heat Exchanger
  • CIPS Circulation Management Valve
  • CIPS Air Strike
  • CIPS Provide Device
  • CIPS Reuse Device
